Your adventure begins with a personal pick-up from your yacht or accommodation, where our knowledgeable guide will accompany you throughout the day, sharing fascinating insights into Hvar’s rich winemaking heritage.

Our first stop is Lacman Family Winery, perched in the tranquil hilltop village of Selca. Specializing in long-maceration, unfiltered natural wines, the Lacman family adheres to ancient techniques, fermenting and aging their wines in underground clay qvevri vessels—a rare practice in Europe, but one that dates back thousands of years to early winemaking civilizations.

Here, you’ll indulge in a tasting of indigenous varietals like Plavac Mali, Bogdanuša, Maraština, Pošip, and Kuč, expertly paired with homemade island delicacies—prosciutto, artisan cheeses, and “Mama Lina’s” signature jams and pestos. Enjoy this feast al fresco on the winery’s veranda, soaking in the sweeping views of Hvar’s verdant countryside.

After this unforgettable tasting, we continue our journey, passing through the historic Stari Grad Plain—a UNESCO World Heritage agricultural site that has been continuously cultivated for over 2,400 years.

For our second tasting, depending on availability, we visit one of Hvar’s most acclaimed wineries: Duboković, Huljić, Pavičić, Tomić, Carić, or Bojanić. Each offers a distinct take on the island’s terroir, from candlelit cellar tastings to exclusive micro-productions of rare and almost-extinct varietals.

As the sun begins to dip, we conclude our tour and return you to your accommodation, leaving you with a deeper appreciation for Hvar’s extraordinary wines, its rich cultural heritage, and the passion of the island’s winemakers.
